Get a handle on Brook Lopez
Lopez was all over the place in Game 1. The Bulls struggled with him right from the tip-off, as most of his points appear to have come with ease due to his size. Chicago also failed to track Lopez when he drifted off to the three-point line for open threes (this was likely because Giannis was driving like a madman into the paint). Lopez finished the game as the second-highest scorer for the Bucks with 18 points, along with 5 rebounds and 2 blocks. While Lopez’s numbers weren’t staggering, we can fully expect the Bucks to continue exploiting the Bulls’ lack of size in the paint through Lopez, while also feeding him for open three-pointers along the way.
