KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Adam Dunn will be out of the Chicago White Sox lineup for at least five days after undergoing an emergency appendectomy after Tuesday night’s game against the Royals.
Dunn will travel home with the team Wednesday night after undergoing the laproscopic procedure.
It does not seem to be as serious as The Cardinals Matt Holliday who also recieved one after Opening Day.
