In the past we have shown you colorways of the adidas Rose signature model that pay homage to Derrick’s hometown of Chicago. Now we give you a look at the newest colorway paying tribute to Chicago dubbed “Chicago Nightfall”. The shoe gets its name by describing the city of Chicago after sundown and the beautiful colors that come with it.
The purple tones on the shoe represent the night sky and Lake Michigan as the sun goes down on another glorious Chicago day, while bright yellow accents represent city lights of Chicago and their beautiful reflection off the Lake. The shoe comes equipped with a GEOFIT collar as well as a SPRINTFRAME.
Detailing includes the distinctive D. Rose logo on the collar and tongue, made up of three rose petals that revolve around the letter D and the number 1. The Rose logo represents Derrick’s three brothers and his mother.
You can grab your pair when they go on sale December 5, for $140 retail via adidas Basketball.
