The Chicago Cubs are celebrating a 2016 NL Central Division championship with a big party at Wrigley Field.
Part of their surge to the NL Central crown is in thanks to their young core, led by 24-year-old third baseman Kris Bryant.
In just his first full season in the big league’s Bryant has emerged as one of the games best players and the MVP favorite in the National League. This is his first division title, a big moment early in his career.
With his success, he’s quickly become one of the faces of adidas baseball as he’s very marketable. On Friday as the Cubs celebrated, adidas made sure to send out a congrats to the star.
Check out the tweet they sent out with some special champagne-inspired cleats:
Time to uncork one 🍾
Congrats @KrisBryant_23! We'll see you in the locker room.#teamadidas pic.twitter.com/Qbv7ySn8ie

The adizero and Boost Icon 2’s are both featured in the photo, some of the best cleats in baseball.
The green on the cleats is to resemble the bottle, while the gold accents are there for the champagne. The package even comes in a gold bucket with ice and a pair of gold ski goggles to protect the eyes.
At the 2016 MLB All-Star Game Bryant showed off some cool colorways of the adidas Afterburner “dipped” and now he’s got a new colorway to show off.
It really pays off to be the MVP favorite on the best team in baseball.
