Artem Anisimov scored his first career hat trick on Wednesday night’s Chicago Blackhawks 6-3 win against the New York Rangers.
After a disappointing effort against the Devils on Sunday the Blackhawks were looking to rebound, and rebound they did. Schmaltz and Anisimov took charge of the scoring combining for 6 points on the night.

Anisimov now has 9 goals and 2 assists on the season. The Blackhawks will take on the Pittsburgh Penguins this Saturday at 6 p.m. CT as they look to build a win streak for the first time since Nov. 1-2.
The Blackhawks currently sit in fourth place in the Central Division with 20 points on the season, picking up an important 3 points against New York.
