Jimmy Clausen tweeted this afternoon that he has signed a contract with the Chicago Bears. The former Notre Dame and Carolina Panther QB will be competing with Jordan Palmer and David Fales for the backup QB job. Clausen hasn’t played in an NFL game since 2010.
