The Blackhawks have agreed on a one-year contract with forward Rob Klinkhammer and a two-year deal with goaltender Alec Richards.
Klinkhammer made his NHL debut and lone appearance with the Blackhawks last season against the Stars in early December. He had 17 goals and 46 points for the AHL’s Rockford IceHogs in 2010-11. Richards had two shutouts and a 2.89 goals-against average over 44 appearances for Rockford in his first full professional season.
The Blackhawks announced the moves Monday.
