I really didn’t think we would be sitting here in week 11 with the Chicago Bears having a shot at a .500 record and a chance to get right back in the playoff race. Well here we are.
After back-to-back wins, Sunday presents the Bears with that chance in what is certainly the biggest game of the season to date. Chicago will host a Denver team that will start Brock Osweiler at quarterback and one that has an outstanding defense.
The teams are trending in opposite directions heading into the game, with the Bears winners of two-straight games and the Broncos looking to avoid losing a third straight. But for Denver, this game could tell them what they have at the quarterback position for the future.
It won’t be nice weather outside as temperatures are expected to be in the 30’s and winter storm Bella will have had dumped close to 10 inches on the Chicago-area. It could indeed be one of those run the ball and play solid defense types of games
We will soon find out.
