The NBA Trade Deadline has turned out to be a very exciting one and there’s still a whole day left to go.
We’ve seen several teams, contenders and non-contenders, make moves to better their team or free up the room for a max contract during the 2019 Free Agency Period. But one of the teams that made a move on Wednesday night was the Chicago Bulls and it may have been a good one.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski, the Bulls have acquired Otto Porter in exchange for Jabari Parker and Bobby Portis:
Porter is still owed over $55M for the next two years which pretty much signals the Bulls will not be big players in the upcoming free agency period which includes Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving.
Gar/Pax appear to have a plan and are high on Porter, so let’s see how it goes.
