Chicago Bears fans, get ready to have chills.
There’s only a few weeks until the start of training camp, which leads into preseason and that finally leads into the regular season.
So yeah you could say that the start of the season is just around the corner.
While the Bears didn’t make the playoffs last year, they were undoubtedly impressive. Their 6-10 record doesn’t speak to the amount of close games that they had over the year.
Now they’ve seriously upgraded their talent on the defensive side of the ball, adding in former Colts linebacker Jerrell Freeman, former Super Bowl champion linebacker Danny Trevathan, former Patriots defensive end Akiem Hicks as well as rookies Leonard Floyd from Georgia and Jonathan Bullard from Florida.
They also get Kevin White back from injury and unquestionably have a bigger role in store for running back Jeremy Langford, who had a solid first season.
