Round 4, Pick 103: C/G Ricky Stromberg, Arkansas / 6’3 306 LBS
Ricky Stromberg is a true mauler in the run game. This dude plays with a malicious, nasty mentality that I believe the Chicago Bears offensive line needs. Not your traditional ‘pulling guard’ but he’s a beast when he gets to the second level. Stromberg is just a really instinctive player that knows the game of football.
He’s got pretty good measurables too and is widely regarded as the most athletic interior lineman in this 2023 draft. With 44 career SEC starts under his belt, it’s obvious he has experience against the best talent that College Football has to offer. He’s been a key contributor down in Fayetteville for the Razorbacks.

Poles and company have already met with Ricky Stromberg twice. I personally hope they pull the trigger on this kid if he’s here at any point in the fourth round. A mean, old school center will benefit the scheme and allow Fields even more time in the pocket.
