The year 2018 is off to a big start for the Chicago Bears.
On Monday, the franchise decided to move on from head coach John Fox, firing him after three seasons. The report came out Monday AM that the organization has made its decision but it was one almost everyone saw coming.
NFL Insider Ian Rapoport was the first to report it:

Rapoport also went on to say that Pace will lead the search for the next head coach, meaning his job is safe. The Bears are rumored to be interested in a number of candidates but are looking for an offensive-minded coach to pair with quarterback Mitchell Trubisky.
The Bears head coaching job is currently the fifth one available with the Indianapolis Colts, Detroit Lions, New York Giants and Oakland Raiders all firing their head coaches.
