We enter this April weekend just two weeks away from the 2025 NFL Draft, and tensions are rising for all 32 franchises as the days count down. The combine is over; teams are starting to meet with prospects on a more personal level, and the stakes couldn’t be higher.
The Chicago Bears will have a total of seven selections during the upcoming draft, assuming they don’t trade back and acquire more picks, which is very possible. The amount of speculation over the top ten to fifteen picks has never been more up in the air, as the possibilities seem endless when it comes to thinking of potential outcomes.
The Bears have made some great moves over the past few months. After another lively free agency in which GM Ryan Poles made a conceited effort to rebuild his offense line, the optimism seems rather high in the Windy City as football season gets closer and closer.
Will the new Chicago Bears head coach Ben Johnson bring a different philosophy to draft day?

As we all know, the Bears hired former Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson over the past off-season, making him one of the highest-paid first-time head coaches in the NFL, with a five-year, 65-million dollar contract. He will make an annual salary of $13 million.
Johnson was one of if not the premier head coaching target this past coaching cycle, and the Bears did not let him go by the wayside. He will look to develop second-year QB Caleb Williams and turn this offense into a juggernaut, similar to what he did in Detroit with the Lions. Expect offense early and often, whether it’s a running back, offensive lineman, or tight end.
At this point, the Bears hold seven picks in the 2025 NFL Draft, and you can take a look at the ones we’ll be picking for below. They hold no pick in the fourth, two in the second, and two in the seventh.
- Round 1: No. 10 overall
- Round 2: No. 39 (from Carolina)
- Round 2: No. 41
- Round 3: No. 72
- Round 5: No. 148
This is the third installment of my mock drafts for 2025, as you can check out my pre-combine one linked here. For this instance, there will be no trades, and all picks will be made using the NFL Mock Draft Simulator on the NFL Mock Draft Database.
Let’s dive right into it.
