The Chicago Bears received some good news on the injury-front Wednesday.
Quarterback Jay Cutler and wide receiver Alshon Jeffery were both limited during the media portion of practice, a good sign that both might be able to play. Cutler is dealing with a hamstring injury, but tested it out pregame vs. the Seahawks on Sunday. Jeffery is the more likely candidate to play of the two as he’s sat out the previous two games with a hamstring injury.
Cutler will have a chance to play on Sunday as the limited practice was a very good sign. The quarterback will likely be limited the rest of the week and listed as questionable. He’s likely going to be a game time decision on Sunday.
Others who were limited in practice include Ego Ferguson (knee), Jeremiah Ratliff (ankle) and Will Sutton (elbow). Ratliff has finished serving his three-game suspension and will be eligible to play on Sunday if healthy.
The Bears held out Jermon Bushrod (concussion) and punter Pat O’Donnell (knee) from practice.
