The Chicago Bears could be without both of their top wide receivers when they travel to Kansas City on Sunday. Receiver Eddie Royal missed practice for the second-straight day as he deals with a ankle injury.
Royal is coming off the best game of the season recording seven catches for 54 yards and a touchdown.
While Royal missed practice on Thursday, receiver Alshon Jeffery was limited for the second-straight day. Jeffery hasn’t played since the Bears week one loss to the Packers and he will likely be a game-time decision Sunday. Jeffery commented on his injury and it sounds like he’s pretty frustrated.
#Bears WR Alshon Jeffery: "It's a process. As a fan, as a player, I want to be out there too, but it's a process. It's a long season."

Alshon Jeffery: "I miss being out there a lot, but at the same time, like I said, it's a process. I'll be back out there soon, hopefully."

Also missing practice for the Bears were tackle Jermon Bushrod (concussion/shoulder), guard Patrick Omaneh (ankle) and Antrel Rolle (ankle). The Bears signed Sherrod Martin to the roster on Wednesday in case Rolle can’t go Sunday.
Quarterback Jay Cutler continues to try and get healthy, despite him playing in week four. Cutler is still dealing with a hamstring injury and he was ruled as limited. Cornerbacks Alan Ball (groin) and Sherrick McManis (hamstring) were also limited as was Jeremiah Ratliff (ankle) and Will Sutton (elbow).
Punter Pat O’Donnell was also listed as limited and could miss his second-straight game.
