Chicago Bears linebacker Lance Briggs missed another day of practice as he deals with his rib injury that ket him out of last Sunday’s game in Atlanta.
Briggs did not practice yesterday and is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against Miami. Yesterday a NFL report came out that Briggs was ruled OUT for Sunday’s game, but the Bears have since said the report is not true.
Along with Briggs, safety Chris Conte did not practice in the media part of practice as well. Conte is dealing with another shoulder injury that he suffered in Atlanta.
Some good news for the Bears is that linebacker D.J. Williams and offensive lineman Jordan Mills were both practicing Williams sat out yesterday with a neck injury while Mills is dealing with a foot injury.
Marquess Williams close to practicing?
After suffering an injury in training camp, Bears wide receiver Marquess Williams was put on injured reserve with the designation to return. With his return possibly coming in week 10 Williams is expected to start practicing soon.
Although he wasn’t out there today, the Bears will slowly get him back into game speed and hope a return at Green Bay on November 9th happens.
