The score wasn’t the only loss for the Bears Sunday in New England. The team announced that offensive lineman Matt Slauson and defensive lineman Lamarr Houston will miss the remainder of the year.
Slauson suffered a pectoral injury during the game and will ultimaley miss the rest of the season. The loss will hurt the Bears as Slauson was a solid starter on the line. During his press conference today, Marc Trestman announced that Jordan Mills could move to left guard.
In addition to Slauson, the Bears also lost Lamarr Houston who tore his ACL. Houston was celebrating a sack by jumping in the air and landed akwardly. Houston was brought in as a free agent and has only one sack this season.
