Despite some drama surrounding the Chicago Bears this week, the team is preparing for Monday’s game against the New Orleans Saints. Today the team practiced at Halas Hall with their practice schedule changing due to the Monday game and three players missed practice due to injuries.
Safety Chris Conte, kicker Robbie Gould and linebacker Darryl Sharpton were all held out of practice. Sharpton is the most interesting one seeing that he would get the chance to fill in for D.J. Williams and Lance Briggs first. Now with Sharpton’s status questionable, the Bears could look to Khaseem Greene and Christian Jones.
Offensive tackle Michael Ola and defensive tackle Jeremiah Ratliff were both limited.
