Chicago Bears player to watch: Justin Fields – QB
Stay with me here.
There’s LOTS of players I could’ve picked to make this list over Fields. The list is long. However, after all of this training camp hype, I personally need to see some sort of translation from practice to a game. He’ll likely only get a few series, but Matt Eberflus did confirm that he will be playing on Saturday vs the Titans.
This offense has had a lot of buzz over the past few weeks, as reporters and fans alike have had nothing but praise for Fields and his new targets. His highlights in camp have been pretty fun to watch thus far.
Damnn… Justin Fields throw to DJ Moore was nasty. 😮💨😮💨😮💨

He needed a lot of improvement this off-season, and so far, it seems like he’s taken the appropriate steps in doing so. Like I mentioned earlier, what you do during gameday’s will always trump the practice talk, and Fields will have a lot of pressure to do so on Saturday.
Fields doesn’t need to be perfect, but he does need to show some command in that pocket, and in the entire offense as a whole. This Saturday will be fun to watch for many reasons, but this may be the biggest one.
