Chicago Bears round two target: Landon Jackson

Jackson would serve as an alternative option if the Chicago Bears don’t want to draft Scourton or if he is taken before either one of their selections. The Arkansas Razorback had 6.5 sacks in each of his last two college seasons and recorded 49 total tackles in 2024.
Jackson has plenty of length and a solid NFL frame, as he is six-foot-seven and weight 264-pounds. In order to be an Allen guy, he will need to add around 15 pounds to his frame. It will be interesting to see if his playing weight is a reason that the Bears would prioritize other edge rushers over him, but Jackson’s tape and traits certainly keep him the discussion for a second-round selection.
The most notable aspect of Jackson’s pass rushing game relies in his hand technique. He is known for having a solid chop move and an overall good hand package when it comes to beating tackles in one-on-one action. His length and power play into this trait he possesses, which gives him the upside to be a solid edge rusher in the NFL.
