The move that many anticipated happening for some time now has officially happened.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Chicago Bears have agreed to trade running back Jordan Howard to the Philadelphia Eagles for a 2020 sixth-round pick. The pick can turn into a fifth-rounder if conditions are met.
Howard was originally a fifth-round pick of the Bears in the 2016 NFL Draft out of Indiana. He finishes his Bears career with 3,370 rushing yards, ranking eighth all-time in franchise history.
It’s almost certain the Bears will draft a running back as they have met with over 10 now in the pre-draft process.
