Weeks 5-9 (3-1)
The Chicago Bears face the Carolina Panthers in Week 5. The Bears show that they are at a much higher level than the Panthers. They romp through the game and win easily, 33-10.
The next week, there is yet another big quarterback matchup. This time Williams faces Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence. This is a game played in London. Williams starts to feel more comfortable and he slings the ball. He and the Bears get another win, 31-17.
After their bye week in Week 7, the Chicago Bears take on the Washington Commanders and the number two pick behind Caleb Williams, Jayden Daniels. Williams is feeling it now and shows why the difference between him and number two is big.
Washington has no answer for Williams and the Bears’ stable of wide receivers. The Bears maul the Commanders, 41-13.
In Week 9, the Chicago Bears take on the Arizona Cardinals. They are feeling great, riding a three-game winning streak. Being a young team with players trying to be consistent, they fall flat, 21-19.
