To set the record straight, I am not one for scary movies. I just cannot do them for whatever reason, even knowing in my heart of hearts that it’s just a movie.
Zach Miller’s new hockey mask looks like something straight out of a horror movie and it’s really making me reconsider everything I thought I knew about horror movies not being real. He wore this while completing a workout, saying that he came to “murder (it).”

Maybe Miller is taking up the mantle from former Bears TE, Martellus Bennett, of being just a little off/not all the way there. Maybe he wants to start getting into prank wars with his teammates during training camp. Maybe it’s just to mess with the rookies a bit. Who knows really?
What the Bears do know is that they’ll need Miller to step up big time.
Last year, he had 34 catches for 439 yards and 5 touchdowns. While Bennett wasn’t the same guy as when he first signed with the Bears, the threat of him opening up an offense must be replaced and it seems that the Bears trust Zach Miller to be that guy.
Just no more Freddy vs. Jason inspired masks, okay? Thanks.
