Mitchell Robinson (Center)
Last season: Averaged 8.5 points and 8.5 rebounds in 27 minutes a game
While he may not be the definitive answer at the starting center position for years to come, Robinson has plenty of talent to give the Bulls frontcourt. Weighing 240 pounds, 7-feet tall and with a recorded wingspan of 7’4″, the four-year big man is ready to get paid this summer after posting a strong 21-22 campaign with the New York Knicks. While he may not be the definitive answer at the starting center position for years to come, Robinson has plenty of potential to offer Chicago what they need in the paint.
Looking at his playstyle, Robinson would complement both DeMar DeRozan and Zach LaVine when it comes to the screen-and-roll. Robinson’s tall and wide frame has proven to become an issue for NBA defenses to deal with when he is effectively setting his big screens to offer space for the guards/forwards to create offensively.
