The Chicago Bulls are back to their losing ways with dropping to 19-27 and are tenth in the Eastern Conference standings with their latest loss to the 76ers.
The Bulls are set to take on the the Denver Nuggets tomorrow night who are 28-17 and are fourth in the Western Conference standings.
The Bulls will have their work cut out for them against the Nuggets who are only two years removed from winning the NBA Finals.
It will make it even more difficult with one of their star players still being sidelined due to injury.
Chicago Bulls Coby White still out with an ankle injury
The Bulls will be without White for a fourth consecutive game with his ankle still not healed enough to go for the game against the Nuggets. Per Bulls insider K.C. Johnson the Bulls will be without White and forward Torrey Craig who has also been dealing with an ankle injury.
“Coby White and Torrey Craig remain out for Bulls. No other non two-way players listed on injury report vs. Nuggets.”

Not having White and his production these past few games has really exposed the Bulls who have not been able to bear down late in ball games. In nine games this month before going down White was solid averaging 19.1 points, 2.8 rebounds, 4.7 assists, 1 steal, and was shooting 49.6% from the floor and 85.2% from the line.
With this now being more than a week since White suffered the ankle injury, which came during a scoring drive in the Bulls loss to the Portland Trailblazers last Sunday, it is now starting to get concerning. Given Craig has virtually the same injury on top of a right leg contusion Whites prognosis could possibly be the same.
What will the Bulls do in the meantime?
Since going down Bulls guard Lonzo Ball has stepped up to fill the void that White has left and Ball has provided decent production. Ball in the three game absence of White has averaged 24.3 minutes, 7.6 points, 3.6 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals.
Until White returns Ball will look to get a lot more minutes and be one of the Bulls main facilitator along with Josh Giddey being the other. Giddey has really started to turn things around with averaging 37.3 minutes, 14.6 points, 10.3 rebounds, and 6.3 assist. Both have been picking up the slack, but having White out there with Giddey instead of Ball is a better offensive lineup.
Timetable now uncertain
With White now missing his four consecutive game and not having a clear status update on his ankle the timetable for return now remains uncertain.
The Bulls need White and his production in order to right the ship.
The Bulls will look to be seller at next months trade deadline and with having White out for an extended period of time further signifies that they will in fact be sellers.
