UPDATE: Coby White has been upgraded to questionable for the game against the Celtics per K.C. Johnson.
The Chicago Bulls are about to enter a three-game road trip that could show how the rest of the season will transpire.
The Bull’s road trip kicks off against the reigning NBA Finals Champions the Boston Celtics and they will be without their star guard Zach LaVine whose wife could give birth at any time.
The Bulls did receive some welcoming news about point guard Coby Whites’s status and what his outlook for the road trip will be.
Coby White could be back with the Chicago Bulls
The Bulls received some welcoming news today before they depart for their road trip with Bulls insider K.C. Johnson twitting that White could be back at some point on this road trip.

This is great news with White missing the Bull’s last four games due to an ankle injury he sustained during the Bull’s loss to the Portland Trailblazers.
The Bulls could use white production
White has had a solid season for the Bulls averaging 18.2 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 4.7 assists in 32.6 minutes played. Before going down White was having a great month of January where in 9 games he averaged 19.1 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 4.7 assists. If White is good to go against the Celtics he should have a good game with having 12.3 points, 2.7 assists, and 4.0 rebounds in three games played against Boston.
The Bulls recently pulled off a 129-121 victory against the Denver Nuggets after head coach Billy Donovan shuffled around the lineup. With White set to hopefully come back soon and with having a new lineup inserting Whites production in should help the Bulls get some more wins.
Hopefully White is in against the Celtics
We should know by Wedenesday if White will be able to go or not against Boston or if he’ll have to rest up one more game.
If White does have to miss one more game the Bulls should be able to keep things under control given the new lineup they have.
Hopefully, White’s ankle is all healed up after having all this time to rest and he’s fully healthy and ready to go to contribute on this road trip.
