In what was are hard fought game against the Sacramento Kings the Chicago Bulls lost a tight game losing by a score of 124-119. The Chicago Bulls home winning streak which was set at four games has come to an end.
The Chicago Bulls fought hard against the Kings
Zach LaVine tried as hard as he could to put the Bulls on his back and lead him to victory, but to no avail. LaVine in the loss continued his run of success with keeping his 30+ points in a game streak going, extending it to six straight games. In the loss against the Kings LaVine played 37 minutes, shot 50% from the field, made 5/8 from three (62.5%), for 36 points, 10 rebounds, and 4 assist.
In his part in the Chicago Bulls loss star center Nikola Vucevic had another great game against the Kings having 18 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 block, shot 53.3% from the field in 33 minutes. Josh Giddy also continued his run of excellence with posting 12 points, 11 rebounds, 7 assist, 1 steal, shooting 50% from three and 44.4% from the field.
The Sacramento Kings just outplayed the Bulls
The Sacramento Kings just outplayed the Chicago Bulls overall with all their stars having an excellent game. Both DeMar DeRozan and Domantas Sabonis both had over 20 points in 37 minutes played, with DeMar having 21 and Sabonis with 22. Sabonis also added 16 rebounds and 8 assist to his stat line as well.
De’Aaron Fox had an outstanding game as well with having 26 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assist, 1 block, and shot over 50% from both the field and three in 33 minutes.
Who’s up next for the Chicago Bulls?
Next up for the Chicago Bulls is they welcome in CJ McCollum and the New Orleans Pelicans after their loss against Jayson Tatum and the Boston Celtics. McCollum for the Pelicans this season is averaging 22.7 points, 3.6 rebounds, 3.8 assist, with shooting 38% from three and 45.8% from the field. The Bulls will need to contain both McCollum and Brandon Ingram who is averaging 22.2 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 5.2 assist, to have success in the game and pull off the victory. Tip off is set for Tuesday.
