The Chicago Bulls will get their first look at the defending Eastern Conference champions early on. The Bulls are set to open the 2015-16 season at home vs the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday, Oct. 27.
The Bulls will then hit the road for their first road game on the schedule as they take on the Brooklyn Nets on Oct. 28. The Bulls will play four road games over a span of nine days in November, beginning the 18th in Phoenix and wrapping up the 27th in Indiana.
As reported on Monday, the Bulls will also travel to Oklahoma City to take on the Thunder Christmas Day. Tipoff is set for 1:30 p.m. that day. Bulls.com highlights other notable games:
Other prominent games on this season’s home schedule include: the NBA Champion Golden State Warriors on Jan. 20; a second visit from the Cavaliers on April 9; the San Antonio Spurs on Nov. 30; the Los Angeles Lakers on Feb. 21; the Los Angeles Clippers on Dec. 10; the Oklahoma City Thunder on Nov. 5; the Houston Rockets on March 5; the Memphis Grizzlies on Dec. 16; two visits from the Washington Wizards on Jan. 11 and Feb. 24 and two visits from the Miami Heat on Jan. 25 and March 11.
The upcoming season marks 50 years in the NBA for the Bulls, which will likely have a few events to celebrate the anniversary. Check out the full schedule here.
