In what is the beginning of what many Cubs fan hope and (finally) expect to be a fruitful season for the Cubbie faithful; the team has announced it’s broadcasting dates for the fans to get a early glimpse of the future.
According to the press release by the teams official website, nearly every Chicago Cubs Spring Training game will be available by either television, radio, or internet broadcast.
That includes 10 games that will be broadcasted directly on television by either Comcast SportsNet Chicago(7) or WGN-TV(3). Cubs.com will broadcast 21 games in the first season with John Maddon and his young, potential players in which the early talks of playoffs and world series have already begun.
The Cubs have made quite the splashes in the offseason and with the biggest fish being John Maddon, one can understand why the Wrigley faithful feel this could be the year.
Never too late, right?
