The Chicago Cubs will play in a one-game playoff for the NL Wild Card spot on Wednesday night as excitement fills the air in Chicago. While the Cubs will be in Pittsburgh to take on the Pirates, the entire city is catching Cubs fever.

I been a long time Cubs fan. Pretty much since I was born. My very first Cubs game ever was down here in the Superdome. Then in 2006 I flew to Chicago to watch them at the Friendly Confines of Wrigley Field. When I came back home to New Orleans I got my first tattoo and I chose Da Cubs logo. Great season and now we are not n the postseason this is our year to do it. LETS GET IT DONE CUBBIES!!!!

I’ve just been amazed by their season. Having the best pitcher in baseball to getting 2 batters in the home run derby, along with other achievements, this is THEIR year.

I have found that if they couldn,t lose ,then we wouldn,t be Cub fans, tonight with a 7 run lead in the 7 rh they pull our pitcher to rest him for the Cardnals ,,,you guessed it gave up 4 in the 8th and 4 in the 9 th .the bus is on the way to the airport and the Cub Fan still happy at being the biggest losers ever.
