Chicago White Sox ace Chris Sale will not pitch against the Detroit Tigers on Saturday night. And no, he wasn’t traded.
The White Sox announced that Sale was sent home by the team due to a pregame incident in the locker room. They did say that the altercation was NOT physical but did not give much detail.
Official: Chris Sale has been scratched from tonight’s scheduled start.
