The Chicago Blackhawks will be without goaltender Corey Crawford for 2-3 weeks, the team announced on Wednesday.
Crawford was in a walking boot and injured his right foot by missing a step at a recent concert. The goalie will speak to media soon, which means more information should be available.
The Blackhawks goalie has been terrific this season with a 12-5-1 record and a 1.87 goals against average. The Blackhawks have called up Scott Darling from Rockford, with Antti Raanta getting the start in net tonight.
