This year’s Chicago Cubs Convention will be just a little more special.
This weekend thousands will descend to the Sheraton Grand Chicago for the 32nd annual Cubs Con event as festivities kick off on Friday. But this year, the Cubs will enter the event as defending World Series Champions for the first time in event history.
Cubs Con runs all weekend, beginning with check-in Friday at noon and features some pretty awesome panels that fans can participate on. It’s a good way to be updated on the latest regarding the team as they are coming off an historic season.
On Monday the Cubs officially announced the roster including current players, coaches, execs and even former players.

The World Series trophy will also be in attendance for fans seeking to take their picture with it. The event is sold out and will be jam packed all weekend long, so we suggest getting there early for any panel you’d like to see.
