Kris Bryant just keeps racking up accolades.
The latest one? Being named the Chicago Cubs Minor League Player of the Year by the organization, but it shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone.
Bryant has dominated both Double-A and Triple-A this season hitting .325 with 43 home runs and 110 RBI’s, as he split time in Tennessee and Iowa. The Cubs first round pick in 2013 was also named the Minor League Player of the Year by Baseball America and USA Today.
The Cubs will honor Bryant before their game Wednesday against the Cincinnati Reds.
