It’s the Crosstown Classic no more, on Monday the two teams announced that team with the most wins in their six games this season will get a three-foot tall cup.
The “BP Crosstown Cup” is in production now, and will be ready for the first series between the two teams in June.
This just adds more bragging rights for the two teams and their fans, who which some take very seriously. It’s similar to what a lot of College Football rivalries do when the two rivals play each other.
