A Croatian club has offered Derrick Rose a 20(or so) game contract that is catered to the NBA lockout’s downtime. BC Zagreb offered Chicago Bulls MVP, Derrick Rose, a chance to play overseas.
Rose and his agent found an agreement on price, but not on the games and/or playing time. The negotiations fell through in the end.
This isn’t the first rumor that we have heard of Rose looking over Euroleague. The reigning NBA MVP will be one of the most desired ticket sellers for struggling teams in Europe and abroad.
Next up for D-Rose, the six game exhibition tour with the NBA’s top 18 stars. The Global Tour is in finalization for all of the contracts, and will start playing October 30th in Puerto Rico.
