It looks like Derrick Rose is making his return to the Chicago Bulls, again.
According to the Chicago Tribune’s K.C. Johnson, Rose will return to the Bulls lineup tonight when they face the Magic in Orlando. Head coach Tom Thibodeau said he expects Rose to play, barring a setback in shoot around. Rose will be expected to play somewhere around 20 minutes as they try to ease him back into action. The low minutes tonight could mean he can play Thursday vs. Miami in the back-to-back for the Bulls.

Rose has missed the past 20 games after he underwent surgery to remove the damaged part of his torn right meniscus. The Bulls went 10-10 in his absence since Feb. 27. It was also the third major knee surgery for the point guard since May 2012.
Returning from a knee injury this year, Rose played in 46 games averaging 18 points and five assists per game but struggled at times with his shooting.
The Bulls have suffered injuries to Rose, Jimmy Butler, Joakim Noah and Taj Gibson this season but might be getting healthy at just the right time. Buter and Gibson returned last week and Noah was put on a minutes restriction to help preserve him for a playoff run. They currently have a 1 game lead over the Toronto Raptors for the number three seed in the Eastern Conference and have already clinched a playoff spot.
Tipoff is set for 6 p.m. central standard time in Orlando tonight.
