You were probably really upset when you saw the images of former Chicago Bears tight end and head coach in a Green Bay Packers sweater. That’s alright because Ditka did it for a McDonald’s commercial and it may have had an impact on the Packers.
Since the images leaked and the commercial aired, the Green Bay Packers are 0-3 with losses to Denver, Carolina and now Detroit. The losses have put the Packers in a tie with the Minnesota Vikings for the NFC North lead and depending on Sunday’s outcome, they might be in second place.
Sunday’s loss to the Lions was the first time the Packers lost at home to Detroit in 24 years, one of the longest steaks of such in NFL history.
