After inking the 215.2 million dollar max deal, everyone was curious to see LaVine’s return to the Bulls’ starting lineup. LaVine’s “knee injury management” absences have put a question to what lies ahead for this team but from what we have seen in the 11 games he has played, he is still the dangerous weapon we used to know. So far he is Chicago’s best perimeter shooter (next to Vucevic) and still has the explosiveness to take it into the paint, however, his defense and shot selection have hurt the team.
Grade: C+
