#1: Week 2, Bears vs Green Bay Packers @ Lambeau Field
The Bears will play a prime-time game against their archrival in week two in Sunday Night Football. This will be the 17th straight season the Bears have had a night game against the Packers. Fields and the offense will need to put up points in the matchup to stay competitive. How this game goes will likely determine how the season turns out. The Packers will be the benchmark for the NFC North heading into 2022.
The Bears’ previous two Sunday night games against the Packers have been ugly, with the Packers winning by an average of 15.5 points. The Bears have lost seven straight to the Packers, causing Aaron Rodgers to scream he owned the franchise last year. If the Bears can get revenge on the Packers in week 2, the team should gain confidence for the next week against a weak Texans team, before heading into the meatier part of the schedule in 2022.
