Adam Schefter is reporting that the Eagles have signed former Giants WR Steve Smith to a 1-year deal. This adds to the abundance of free agents that have signed with Philadelphia this off-season. Interesting to see Smith sign with a division rival that he has been outspoken about criticizing in the past.
