The Rockford IceHogs are in the AHL Western Conference Finals, playing against the Texas Stars. Games 1 & 2 were played in Texas over last weekend and we watched the Hogs lose both games. Those were the first & second losses the IceHogs have recorded this post season, after having swept both Rounds 1 & 2.
The Team has returned to Rockford to play games 3-5. Game 3 was played this past Tuesday night and we watched the Hogs lose in OT 6-5. Both teams are loaded with talent, drive and the will to win. It comes down to who will make a mistake. Hogs are now down 3-0, with game 4 scheduled for Thursday May 24th in Rockford.
