The IceHogs are moving on to the Western Conference Finals, having just swept their 2nd Round Series against the Manitoba Moose last night. The score for the game was 6-3. This is the 2nd consecutive series sweep the IceHogs have produced in the Post Season. Personel changes in both Coaching Staff & Team Roster have contributated greatly to their success this season. This team is stacked with talent.
Games 1 & 2 are set for the AHL Western Conference Finals against the Texas Stars on May 18 & 20, 2018 in Texas. Games 3, 4, 5 (if necessary) are back in Rockford on May 22, 24 ,26, 2018. Then if necessary, games 6 & 7 are back in Texas.
