The Rockford IceHogs topped the Chicago Wolves 4-2 this Sunday afternoon at the BMO Harris Bank Center in Rockford. Wolves’ netminder, Jordan Binnington, was sent to the locker room at 3:05 in the 2nd period by the IceHogs, after they scored 3 goals in just over 2 minutes time. Replacing Binnington in net was Matt Climie. Scott Darling was in net for the IceHogs.
IceHogs’, Teuvo Teravainen, received the #1 Star of the Game, as he was credited with 1 goal & 2 assists. IceHogs’ Adam Clendening & Peter Regin filled out Stars of the Game # 2 & 3 respectively. The IceHogs currently are in 1st place in the Midwest Division in the AHL with 44 points.
