Chicago Bulls shooting guard Jimmy Butler is having a career year in the first month of the NBA season. And now Butler is getting recognized for his play on the court.
Today, the NBA announced that Butler has earned the Eastern Conference Player of the Month award for November. Butler averaged 21.9 points per game in November, helping the Bulls take control of the NBA’s Central Division. The guard is rising as one of the best young guards in the league and helps compliment Derrick Rose in the Bulls backcourt.
The Golden State Warriors Stephen Curry was named the Western Conference Player of the Month. The Bulls and Warriors square off Saturday in Chicago.
