Outfielder Dexter Fowler was a key piece in the Chicago Cubs historic 2016 World Series Championship run.
Fowler hit a leadoff home run off of Corey Kluber to start Game 7 as the Cubs beat the Indians to end a 108-year drought. Following that thrilling seven-game series, Fowler tested the free agent market and decided to sign with Cubs’ rival St. Louis.
But even as a member of the Cardinals, Fowler is being rewarded for his play during that 2016 season.
On Sunday, Fowler showed off pictures of a very special Championship Pack from Jordan Brand featuring the retro 11 and 12’s in a blue, white and red colorway. Fowler dubbed these the “You Go We Go” editions and they are pretty damn cool.
