Bat flips are just one of those things that you either love or you hate in baseball. It seems as if the more traditional and old school fans hate them, where as the current generation loves them.
We’ve seen some pretty incredible bat flips following big home runs over the years but we have never really seen one come from National League MVP Kris Bryant.
The 25-year-old has 67 home runs through 325 games in his career and he’s hit some monster home runs.
On Tuesday, he revealed exactly why he doesn’t flip his bat or try to show up the picture. And the reason is pretty damn good.
Kris Bryant on why he won't do bat flip on a no-doubter: "It's enough of a disgrace to the pitcher when it's halfway up the video board."

Bryant has hit a few home runs off of Wrigley Field’s video board in left field. The board went up in 2015 and already has a few dinks thanks to the Cubs third baseman.
Just the look on the pitcher’s face is enough shame.
