2. Dallas Turner
Most draft boards I’ve seen have the Atlanta Falcons taking Turner with the No. 8 pick. However, there is a chance the Falcons pull a surprise and go with another defensive lineman to help their anemic pass rush from last season.
Jeremiah thinks there is a good chance the Falcons take Murphy at No. 8. ESPN’s Adam Schefter also said this week he could see the Falcons taking Murphy. If they do, the Chicago Bears could add a pass rusher on the opposite end of Montez Sweat.
1. Olumuyiwa Fashanu
Offensive tackle doesn’t feel like the Chicago Bears’ biggest need after they select Williams, but they could upgrade at left tackle in this draft. Fashanu’s name has been linked to the Bears by several NFL insiders. Jeremiah with the NFL Network and NBC Sports’ Mike Florio have the Bears taking the Penn State standout at No. 9.
