When the Chicago Bears and New England Patriots meet on Sunday, wide receiver Alshon Jeffery and defensive back Alfonzo Dennard could be matched up. But it won’t be the first time the two have matched up in a football game.
Let’s just hope this result won’t be like the last time.
In the 2012 Capital One Bowl the two players got into a fight after a play late in the third quarter. Dennard was playing physical with Jeffery for the whole game as he gave up the size advantage to the star wide receiver. But it was one play that got both of them ejected from the game. There was even a punch from Dennard before Jeffery retaliated.
