The Chicago Cubs are hoping the Sports Illustrated jinx doesn’t impact them and now another Chicago team is hoping for the same.
Bears running back Matt Forte will appear on one of five regional Sports Illustrated covers next week as part of the publication’s NFL preview. Forte joins Russell Wilson, J.J. Watt, Lavonte David and Odell Beckham Jr. as part of the cover series.

Last season Bears quarterback Jay Cutler appeared on the regional cover along with Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford.
